I'm fascinated by what happens when people begin to consciously encounter themselves. When they no longer just function, but pause, observe, and ask the right questions. Not only of others, but above all of themselves.
I've experienced these moments in many companies – at project launches, in leadership crises, in change processes. And I've seen how crucial they are. Because it's precisely when something starts to falter that space arises for development, for greater clarity , impact , and self-leadership .
What drives me is that moment when someone realizes: I can achieve more if I begin to believe in myself. When I recognize my potential, use it purposefully, and find the courage to reach my full potential. This is precisely where personal effectiveness and professional performance emerge, stemming from within and lasting.
