COACHING APPROACH

The system theory
Systems theory is an approach to analyzing complex systems that consist of interacting components such as people, processes, and actions. This theory assumes that the overall behavior of a system is influenced not only by the individual components themselves, but also by the relationships and interactions between them.
Systemic business coaching applies this theory to organizations. This coaching approach therefore focuses on the holistic view of the organization, the relationships and communication patterns within the team, as well as the ability to adapt to change.
The aim is to achieve sustainable improvements in the organization by understanding these system dynamics and feedback loops and to strengthen the self-organization and personal responsibility of the team members.
The individual coaching process
Based on the assumptions of system theory, as an executive coach I offer a holistic approach that aims to strengthen and further develop leaders and management teams.
The coaching process is divided into different phases to ensure tailor-made development and support. Before starting coaching, I offer a non-binding and free introductory meeting.
2.
Analysis
This is followed by the analysis phase , in which we delve deeper into the individual coaching topic. Factors such as personal challenges, behavior patterns, the work environment and existing dynamics in the team are examined in detail in order to gain a deep understanding of the current situation.
3.
Solution development
Based on the insights gained, tailor-made solutions are developed. These include concrete measures that break existing patterns and bring about change. The approaches are specifically tailored to the needs and goals of the executives and the team and take into account the unique challenges of the employees and the company.
